My hair is less than a week and it sheds nonstop. The hair looks and colors the texture of 100%synthetic. This is the most I’ve regretted spending my money on a hair all my life. I ordered hair from them on 14th and received it on the 18th, I definitely wasn’t expecting that. I haven’t installed the hair yet but it does feel very soft and of good quality. I also emailed them with a question unsure if I would get a reply and to my surprise they replied within 24 hours.

Virtual Reality is a thin, flexible, second skin like surface with natural hair growth patterns. I wrote a great review first day of installation but I’ve had to delete it as this hair is a nightmare! I feel so daft to have wasted my money to buy this crap.
It is literally undetectable to the human touch. I ordered this hair and it came on time I ordered 3 packs but only needed 1.5 packs. My hair lasted 6 weeks before I took them out for a new style. I had minimum shedding and there wasn't a smell with the hair. My scalp wasn't inflamed the way it does with synthetic hair. My stylist used mousse and room temp water to make it curl at the tips so I didn't have to worry about hot water damaging my hair.
You can use more hair to continue the braiding or for longer inches.You can keep it this time, and next time you order longer inches, we can apply a discount for you, is it OK. I’ve only installed a few to see the quality and texture. Great feel and pickier match the bundles are much smaller than I realized . I have thick hair and 5 packs were not enough for my full head , will have to buy atleast 3 more but for the amount of shedding I’m experiencing on what is done I’m on the fence . I bought the bulk kinky hair 18” and it was wonderful, it had no smell and it was true to length. I’m locking my hair and this hair is perfect as I will be able to color my hair in the future if I desire. The hair was way to use and it was pre-strength which was convenient, I love the fact that it was bits and pieces of hair.
